How do I book a makeup session?

The first step is to contact me and let me know what package you are looking for, the event, dates and times.  I will contact you to discuss my availability and to see what you are looking for.  A booking is considered finalized when we have received a signed contract and deposit.

What is the cancellation policy?

To cancel, you must submit the request in writing (e.g. email, text).  All deposits are non-refundable.

How long does the hair and makeup take?

For each person, you should allow for at least 40 minutes for makeup and 45 minutes for hair styling. If we arrive and the person is not ready to start, there is a Waiting Fee of $25 for every 15 minutes.

As a Sikh bride, what time do you suggest starting?

For a Sikh wedding, we recommend to start around 5am.  Things for you to consider, will you be taking pictures at home ahead of time, are there any additional services you require, such as pinning.  These can add time.

Can you stay for touch-ups?

We charge $150 per hour/artist for touch ups.  As part of this package, we do not leave the premises and we devote our time to our client and their schedule.

Do you provide services for destination events?

Yes, we do offer destination wedding packages.  We have traveled internationally to USA, Europe and Asia as well as many local destinations, such as Banff, Calgary, and Vancouver.  If you are interested, please contact us and we can provide you with a customized quote.
